A Practical Conversation Before Decisions Are Made
Allegheny County is considering a proposal that would require employers to provide up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
Paid leave is an important issue for working families, but many small business owners and HR professionals still have serious questions about cost, staffing, compliance and how a policy like this would work in the real world.
Thomas West is hosting a Business Roundtable Discussion to hear directly from the people who would be responsible for making this policy work.
This is an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns and help shape a more practical conversation around paid leave in Allegheny County.
AGENDA:
12:30 - 1:30pm | Roundtable Discussion
